Internal Quality Indicators and Stakeholder Satisfaction supporting HCBS Values

This 3 hour in-person workshop will equip vendors to build internal systems that monitor and improve service quality and HCBS compliance. This workshop emphasizes continuous improvement, stakeholder feedback, and accountability and explores concepts such as Quality Indicators and other key components to ensure services are rooted in and sustain person-centered practices. Participants will leave with an understanding of data that supports quality and satisfaction and tools that can immediately be implemented to achieve an effective system of internal quality.
