PART 1 of 2: Identifying Preferences for a Person-Centered Driven IPP/ISP

This is an IN-PERSON event at SARC in San Jose. This 3 hour IN-PERSON Workshop is tailored for individuals supported in residential & day settings vendored by SARC. This workshop is for 2 clients and 1-2 DSPs who know them well. The purpose of this workshop is to identify preferences for IPPs/ISPs using DDS' YOUR PLAN. The workshop will provide tips and suggestions for assessing and discussing preferences, self-awareness and build confidence for people supported to advocate for themselves in their IPP/ISP team meetings. Participants will leave with tools and processes to provide these techniques to all aspect of their lives/jobs. PLEASE SEE PART 2 OF THIS WORKSHOP.
