About the event
This is an IN-PERSON event at SARC in San Jose. This 3 hour IN-PERSON Workshop is tailored for employees responsible for the development of goals/objectives in residential & day settings vendored by SARC. This workshop provides tips and suggestions and analyzes completed assessments using the DDS YOUR PLAN tools. The ultimate goal is to develop an IPP/ISP which is person-centered and honors the HCBS expectations. Participants will leave with tools and processes to provide these techniques to successfully development meaningful and measurable "Important To" goals and objectives. PLEASE SEE PART 1 OF THIS WORKSHOP. WHEREAS NOT MANDATORY AN AGENCY SENDING PEOPLE TO ATTEND BOTH SESSIONS, IS IT STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.
