SARC The Role of the DSP and HCBS

This 3 hour Virtual training will provide Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), who are on the front lines of service delivery tips and tools to implement the HCBS Final  Rule. This training translates HCBS requirements into practical actions DSPs can take every day, helping staff embody respect, dignity, and individual choice in their work. There is a focus on becoming the navigator in a person’s life, rather than the driver and implementing person-first practices.
