Participants will delve into transitioning from merely being 'staff' to becoming Life Coaches, enabling individuals to achieve goals, make decisions, and take control of their lives. This session offers a summary of the HCBS 10 Final Rules and the responsibilities of DSPs concerning HCBS standards. The class is tailored to emphasize the role of the residential Direct Support Professional and is LIMITED TO 50 PARTICIPANTS. This session is EXCLUSIVELY AVAILABLE FOR DSPS EMPLOYED BY A SARC VENDOR.
