About the event
This is an IN-PERSON event at SARC in San Jose. This 3 hour IN-PERSON at SARC San Jose Offices training will be an interactive course exploring the HCBS language regarding the justification process for Modification of Rights. The class will explore in an interactive method, scenarios for participants to discuss and explore. Participants will leave with knowledge of the process and tools to equip them with implementing the HCBS expectations and requirements. CEUs will be offered for SARC Vendors/Pending Vendors.
