The AIM Team (Advocacy In Motion) is a peer-led advocacy group dedicated to helping individuals build confidence, strengthen their self-advocacy skills, and make their voices heard. Through real-life experiences, helpful tips, and interactive activities, the AIM Team will share ways you can take an active role in your IPP meeting and make sure your choices, interests, and goals are part of your plan.
